2nd grade reviewed tens and ones today. They were given a 2 digit number to write on their boards. Then they had to make that number with a partner by using blocks. We discussed how many tens/ones were in each number and what those numbers were equal to.
Cross country practice was a hard one today! We started our "hill" training. 😁

3. JH Scholar Bowl Practice will start 9/19/24 until 4:30. You must have 2 practices to compete. See Mr. Martin for permission slips. Any scholar bowl students that haven't done so need to turn a permission slip in to me?
4. All Class Dues and Club dues must be paid in full by October 1st to participate or have a vote. Pep Club dues $5 FBLA dues $25, HS Beta dues are a one-time fee of $32 to the National Beta Convention & STUCO dues $20.
5. Beta Induction will be September 20th during lunch through 5th hour. Non-inductee members will need to sign up for food in the HS office.
6. Trap will go to Rolla on Tuesday, 9/17. We will leave right after school. Bring all the supplies you need with you and park on Main Street if you're a driver.
